Light and charming, just like the beautiful Ginko leaf, these earrings represent the sacred tree of the East. A symbol of the unity of opposites, a symbol of love and longevity, immutability that possesses miraculous power.

Of all the plant species that exist today, ginko is the most precious link between the present and the distant past. It is the best studied example of a living fossil that has no close relatives today.

Interesting: Not long after the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, the plants and trees in the bombing zone were investigated. The ginkgo tree located next to the temple, about a kilometer from the place where the bomb fell, was the first tree to shed its buds, and no major damage was noticed on the tree itself (the temple was otherwise destroyed). During the restoration, it was decided not to transplant or cut down the tree, but to build a temple around it. The message "Never again Hiroshima" is written on the tree and people pray for peace in front of it.
